Return Policy
Although we expect you will be completely satisfied with Protazen®, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your bottle(s) for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 25% disposal fee, within 30 days of receipt. Please understand that FDA/GMP guidelines require that we log and destroy all returns, even if the bottle is still sealed. Our products are top quality, made in the USA, and very expensive to produce, which is why we can't offer a 100% refund. Please be sure to review the ingredient list prior to purchasing.
***Please Note: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Protazen® does not reimburse for the cost of return shipping.
IMPORTANT: In order to insure proper refunding, an RMA# must be obtained for a return to be accepted. Returns without an RMA# that are received within the 30 day term (if located and identifiable) will only be eligible for a maximum 50% refund of the original purchase price (no exceptions).
