It really works!! I was worried about all of the side effects and other risks with synthetic drugs so I decided to try this instead and it made a huge difference in my low mood, anxiety and even sleep. You can really tell the difference when you stop. I tried twice and realized each time just how well it was stabilizing me and helping me with my racing thoughts at night. An excellent natural product that actually does what it says!! Highly recommend!!
Adding 5-HTP in conjunction with other supplements has been very beneficial for our son. It is help with his mood levels of depression and his sleep.
