Protazen.com will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or processing your order and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Auto-Refill Program

If you are purchasing a “Monthly Auto-Refill,” you are authorizing “Protazen” to charge your credit card every 28-30 days (monthly) and ship you a refill bottle of “Protazen® Base Formula” at a total cost of $35.90 ($29.95 + $5.95 processing). Sales tax will be added to all refills shipped to Oklahoma addresses. You can cancel at anytime by phone or email, there is no minimum commitment. Although your first bottle(s) is subject to our return policy, any and all subsequent refills that had been shipped prior to cancellation are not eligible for return or credit.

Any additional formulas that you add to your refill schedule will be billed at their respective quoted prices at time of purchase.  Any discounts, other than coupon codes, will carry forward to your refills.  There is no additional shipping charge to add any of the additional formulas to a refill schedule.  All refill shipments have a maximum processing charge of $5.95.

Returns

Although we expect that you will be completely satisfied with Protazen. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your bottle(s) for a refund within 30 days of receipt, as per the terms below:

Sealed Bottles:  (the outer seal is completely intact) may be returned for a 100% refund of the original purchase price.

Opened Bottles:  (with the unused portion inside) may be returned for a 50% refund of the original purchase price.

***Please Note:  Original shipping and handling is non-refundable and Protazen will not reimburse for the return cost of shipping. Additionally, refills are not returnable.

In order to insure proper refunding, an RMA# must be obtained for a return to be accepted (no exceptions). Please email all requests to returns@protazen.com , or contact customer service at 1-800-768-2818.
