Cancellation policy

When purchasing a subscription, you are authorizing 'Protazen' to charge your account every 30, 60, or 90 days (per your selection) and ship your refill bottle(s) at the cost quoted during checkout.

You can cancel or manage your refills at anytime via our website, there is no minimum commitment.

Any additional formulas that you add to your refill schedule will be billed at their respective quoted prices at time of purchase. Any discounts, other than coupon codes, will carry forward to your refills. A $4.95 shipping charge will be added to orders costing less than $49.00. Refills orders costing $49.00 or more can ship free of charge.
