Protazen.com will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or processing your order and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
When purchasing an “Auto-Refill,” you are authorizing 'Protazen' to charge your account every 30, 60, or 90 days (per your selection) and ship your refill bottle(s) at the cost quoted during checkout.
You can cancel or manage your refills at anytime via our website, there is no minimum commitment.
Any additional formulas that you add to your refill schedule will be billed at their respective quoted prices at time of purchase. Any discounts, other than coupon codes, will carry forward to your refills. A $4.95 shipping charge will be added to all refill orders costing less than $30.00. Refills orders costing $30.00 or more ship free of charge. Any upgraded shipping options selected by the customer remain in effect until downgraded by the customer.
Although we expect you will be completely satisfied with Protazen®, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your bottle(s) for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 25% disposal fee, within 30 days of receipt. Please understand that FDA/GMP guidelines require that we log and destroy all returns, even if the bottle is still sealed.
***Please Note: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Protazen® does not reimburse for the cost of return shipping.
IMPORTANT: In order to insure proper refunding, an RMA# must be obtained for a return to be accepted. Returns without an RMA# that are received within the 30 day term (if located and identifiable) will only be eligible for a maximum 50% refund of the original purchase price (no exceptions).
