I have been taking Protazen for many months. It definitely helps with anxiety and mood.
I started taking the Protazen base formula years ago. At that time, I was just feeling sad, down, moody and emotional. I wanted to feel better but my emotions always got the better of me. I suffer from depression and anxiety and have been on prescription medication in the past but really didn’t want to go back on a harder medication with side effects . I was skeptical it was helping but I stopped purchasing for a few months and I could tell as I became Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. My emotions were all over the place. Once I got some in my system again, I can tell I am more balanced, not.to the extent of Mary Poppins but it helps. It really works!! I was worried about all of the side effects and other risks with synthetic drugs so I decided to try this instead and it made a huge difference in my low mood, anxiety and even sleep. You can really tell the difference when you stop. I tried twice and realized each time just how well it was stabilizing me and helping me with my racing thoughts at night. An excellent natural product that actually does what it says!! Highly recommend!!
Adding 5-HTP in conjunction with other supplements has been very beneficial for our son. It is help with his mood levels of depression and his sleep.
