How do I manage my Auto-Refill Shipments?
We try to make managing subscriptions as easy as possible. So if you ever want to change or update anything there's a page on our website that allows you to do all kinds of fun stuff.
You'll need to have a customer account on our site, registered with the same email address you used during checkout. Click here to create your account!
If you've already done that, simply login here (http://protazen.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login) and there are a number of things you can manage, such as:
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- Change quantities
- Change your shipping frequency
- Add products to your subscription
- Update billing and shipping info
- And much more!

For customers that had signed up for our refill program on our previous website, please use this Contact page to send us any change requests. For cancellations, simply place the word “Cancel” in the subject field and be sure to provide your information (Full Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, and Email used at sign-up) in the body of the form. You may also call Customer Service between the hours of 9am-5pm Central, Weekdays @ 1-800-768-2818 (Press 3 for Customer Service).
