It really works!! I was worried about all of the side effects and other risks with synthetic drugs so I decided to try this instead and it made a huge difference in my low mood, anxiety and even sleep. You can really tell the difference when you stop. I tried twice and realized each time just how well it was stabilizing me and helping me with my racing thoughts at night. Adding 5-HTP in conjunction with other supplements has been very beneficial for our son. It is help with his mood levels of depression and his sleep.
