I am honestly not sure if it’s helping or working. I see all of these great reviews but I just don’t feel a change. The only thing I have noticed is my sleep is much better. I don’t see any other difference besides that.
Better sleep within 30 days is a huge win! Imagine what might happen in the next 30 days!? You're not necessarily going to do an emotional 180 within the first month. We're in our heads everyday, so it's hard to notice the incremental change occurring daily. You'll need some hindsight, around the 60-90 day mark, to better understand where Protazen might fit into your mental health journey. As you said... I have stayed away from Melatonin for many years because it has always caused me to sleep for a couple of hours then wake up with a lot of anxiety, but not this formula. This Melatonin has greatly improved my sleep along with their 5-HTP and Calming formulas.

I was impressed with 5-HTP in getting me the restful sleep we all need.
I have sleep issues, so I also take a muscle relaxant and melatonin, but the 5-HTP really made me feel like I got a good night's rest.

I did, and that's when the magic happened! It gave me better focus, and helped me when I was tempted to look at things I shouldn't-when my brain was looking for a dopamine fix.

As we know, life changes and I found myself in need of some mood boosting. After a few weeks of using Protazen, I felt much better. I take only one in the morning and that seems to be enough for me.
