Sealed bottles (the outer seal is completely intact) may be
returned for a 100% refund of the original purchase price.
Opened bottles (with the unused portion inside) may be
returned for a 50% refund of the original purchase price.
***Please Note: Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Additionally, Protazen will not reimburse for the return cost
of shipping. Auto-Refills are not returnable.
In order to insure proper refunding, an RMA#
must be obtained for a return to be accepted
